Fast, tracked U.S. delivery and a straightforward returns process.
Processing
Orders placed before 12pm ET on a business day typically ship the same or next business day.
Delivery
Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives in 3–6 business days. Tracking is emailed when your parcel leaves our facility.
Returns
Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because the masks are sealed single-use medical-grade items, opened boxes can't be resold and aren't eligible for return.
