Refund Policy
When a refund applies and how long it takes.
Eligibility
Unopened boxes returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund of the product price. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
